Hello traders everywhere! Adam Hewison here, President of INO.com and Co-creator of MarketClub, with your mid-day market update for Friday, the 31st of May.

What's Ahead For June?
It's May 31st, the last trading day of the month and the week. In today's video, I will look ahead into our crystal ball (just kidding!) and share with you what I see coming up in June. You might be surprised at my conclusions.

The 52-Week Rule
I learned this rule many years ago from a trader named Bill, when I was trading in the pits of the Chicago Mercantile where I was a member. Over the years, it has proven to have a high degree of success. Just remember, there are no guarantees made or implied that this approach works with every trade. I suggest you watch it, paper trade it, and draw your own conclusions. Here are the three rules you need to trade "The 52-Week New Highs on Friday Rule":

Rule # 1: On a new 52-week high, when the market closes at or close to its high on a Friday, buy long and go home long for the weekend.

Rule # 2: Exit the long position on the opening the following Tuesday.

Rule # 3: If the market opens sharply lower on Monday, exit the position immediately.

"The 52-Week New Highs on Friday Rule" works extremely well in futures and in the Forex markets. This rule can be reversed for "The 52-Week New Lows on Friday Rule" if you are so inclined to trade the short side of the market. The same rules apply.

But Wait, There's More
In addition to looking at our normal markets, we will also be looking for stocks to take advantage of the 52-week high rule. If you haven't watched any of my recent videos, you may enjoy them, especially my latest one on Apple.

    1. You will sell on Monday only if the symbol you are trading open lower and moves down. It it continues up you will sell at the open on Tuesday.

    1. Make sure that the internet browser that you are using is up to date with the latest version. Which browser are you using? Chrome, IE, Firefox or Safari?

      If possible could you please provide us with the current version number of your web browser and the name of it. The information should look like the following.
