Nasdaq Index - Trendline Alert

One of the most powerful technical tools that a trader possesses is a pencil and a ruler. It sounds kind of old-school, but the reality is trend lines in technical analysis are enormously important.

In my new video I will show you how the NASDAQ index has broken a very important trend line and what the ramifications are for this index.

We can all learn from the simplicity of this approach and how effective it is in the long run.

As always our videos are free to watch and there are no registration requirements.

Enjoy the video and please feel free to comment on blog about this simple yet effective way of trading.

All the best,

  1. Joseph,

Same advice as before Joseph. I would ask your broker E*TRADE what they recommend for you.

    All the best,
    Adam

  2. It looks ugly for sure. The market action spells crash in my opinion, ie. another round of de-leveraging. Very similar to the fall of 08 when we saw EVERYTHING crash... base metals, energy, stocks and even the hedge against financial shock... gold (ha ha). Cash may be king for the next few months. Gold is even looking uglier than NASDAQ with silver about to breakdown ahead of it. Oil is looking ugly too. Almost every asset out there is on the verge of technical breakdown. Lets just hope things turn and turn VERY soon... like tomorrow would be great!

  3. Adam,

Many thanks for these recent videos on the DOW, SPX & COMP.
I'm now neutral & waiting for the monthly Triangles to go
short the above. It will be nice to make some money,
    even in a downtrend market.

Using a combination of Trend-lines, Patterns, Candles, Triangles,
and Fibonacci Lines has greatly improved my trading performance.

I'm getting better at places stops after viewing several of the
videos. For the first time since 1969 when I bought my first
mutual fund, I feel confidence in what I am doing.

Market Club is definitely the best service I have used.
You really want to help the small investor, and I really
    appreciate this.
