  1. Because the time that the US could function on it own is over. It indebted and borrows foreign money. At the moment that the money flow stops or changes the US will feel this in their interest rate. Even with QE because who will buy beside the FED the new bonds. In the current recovery where energy, innovation and manufacturing dominate with a poor labor recovery all the market participants wait or surge for growers and overvalue them in the hope at least not to lose wealth. Bernanke seems to help by avoiding deflation but not more. The big surprise will be the ¨ fiscal cliff ¨ at the end of this year. The capex investments in Q1 demonstrated that the US needs clear policy before demand will grow again. History and market swings teach us that in moments of extremes the trend will change in, at least, a rebound and in that perspective the big surprise could be higher taxes for rich companies. Obama proposed to pay student loans with the energy subventions which the big oil companies still receive. In my view neglect the market any tax increase until now while in the EU the taxes already fly. The market will become increasingly difficult even when you think in a closed US market view,

  2. Hi there, why go that far, lets chat about what really is going on with the USA market and stop hiding behind the Europe's financial dilemma. An oh by the way while we are at it lets talk about the UK market too, last I heard they were in negative GDP zone.
