Short-term traders exit long position on a RED Daily “Trade Triangle” @ $1,382.62 today and remain neutral  for now.  This short-term trade produced a profit of  just over $17 dollars an ounce.

Intermediate and long-term traders hold  long positions.

Another nice profit in this ETF

We have been trading the ETF FXE for some time now in MarketClub's Perfect "R" Portfolio and today we exited our long position at $136.64, which produced a profit of $8.14 a share.

This market has performed very well for us and we have only had two major trend changes for the year so far. The FXE is an ETF that mimics the Euro versus the US Dollar, so there's always plenty movement which equals opportunity in the market. Poll: Where is gold going next?

October has been a busy month for gold. First, it hit a record high on October 18th at 1386.72 and gave all of our gold bugs reason to say I told you so. Then, earlier this week gold took a small dive prompting an exit signal via the "Trade Triangles" for short-term traders. Here at MarketClub, we've been hearing talk of a gold bubble, but what do you think?

Following the gold market as we do here at MarketClub, it was amazing that nobody, and I mean nobody, was bearish on this market. This always creates a problem as the markets tend to reverse when everyone is on one side and there's no one else left to buy.

Another tip-off was on Fox Business News and also on CNBC indicating that gold was going to hit $1400 almost immediately. Well after Tuesday, we know what was to happen to the price of gold. If gold were so strong, should it really have gone down almost $70 in 4 days?
