Insiders Love This Communications Stock

Daniel Cross - INO.com Contributor - Equities

Nothing exhibits more confidence in a stock to investors than insider buying. Insider selling may be done for a number of reasons, but there's only one reason why they might buy. No one knows more about a company than those who run it so when they start buying stock; it's a good idea to sit up and pay attention.

In a volatile market like we've seen lately, positive buying action is doubly enticing. And in a nervous market, it also helps to buy into an industry with strong growth and high demand.

There's been a strong trend in the technology industry to invest in "IoT" like big data services and telecommunications infrastructure. One stock in this growing industry stands out with insider buying and heavy demand for telecommunications infrastructure development.

Growth in telecommunications is expected to grow rapidly over the next few years. For 2015, growth is expected to be 5.57% while 2016, 2017, and 2018 is estimated to be 6.21%, 7.03%, and 7.49% respectively. Merger and acquisition activity is likely to increase over the same period as well. Continue reading "Insiders Love This Communications Stock"

Dealing With Bear And Bull Traps In Binary Options

Vinz de la Fuente - INO.com Contributor - Binary Options

Facing the Reality

Bear and bull traps are part of Binary Options and there is no guarantee that they will be avoided. Experiencing traps is inevitable when you are trading in the market. These traps occur in every market and on all time frames. Dealing with this situation can be frustrating, whether you're a new trader, seasonal or an experienced one. You may think that the market will be predictable, but there can be a sudden, quick change in the trend that surprises you and makes you feel helpless at the moment. Before you think negatively, try to analyze the situation and make sure you will not let yourself be a victim without doing something.

Understanding Bear and Bull Traps

When you see a false signal that shows you a declining trend in a stock or index which has reversed and is thought to move upwards, but the security actually declines continuously, then you are caught in a bull trap. This trap usually pushes some investors to buy the stock because of a wrong impression and it will turn into a bad investment. On the other hand, if you see a false signal that shows the rising trend of a stock or index has reversed when it has not, then you are in a bear trap. This can prompt traders to be in shorts on the stock or index since they expect the underlying to decrease in value, but instead of declining, the investment stays flat or slightly recovered. CVS - An Undervalued Healthcare Juggernaut

Noah Kiedrowski - INO.com Contributor - Biotech

Introduction

CVS presents a compelling investment opportunity in the healthcare space. CVS has been highly acquisitive, growing its dividends over time and has an aggressive share buyback program in place. CVS is currently the largest prescription drug dispenser and the second-largest pharmacy benefits manager. Along with its recent acquisitions and partnerships will significantly expand its footprint and ability to dispense prescriptions to the general public and in assisted living and long-term care facilities that serve the senior patient population. As the United States continues to absorb an aging population alongside growing overall healthcare costs, more specifically prescription drug costs, CVS looks poised to benefit and continue to outperform the broader market.

CVS Health – A true healthcare company

Approximately one year ago, CVS announced that it had removed all tobacco products from its stores nationwide and would no longer sell any tobacco related products to its customers. This was a bold move as CVS has become the trailblazer in establishing itself as a true health oriented company. Ceasing tobacco sales negatively impacted overall sales, however, this move established itself as a true healthcare focused company. "One year ago, we stopped selling tobacco products because it conflicted with our purpose of helping people on their path to better health," said Troyen A. Brennan, M.D., M.P.H., Chief Medical Officer, CVS Health. "Today, we are excited to release new data demonstrating the positive impact our decision has had on public health overall as shown by a measurable decrease in the number of cigarette purchases across all retailers." Personally, I like companies that stand behind their name and practice what they advocate and, in this case, it's promoting overall health and wellbeing. Fed Rate Decision: Buy the Dollar on the Dips

Lior Alkalay - INO.com Contributor - Forex

The Fed rate decision is approaching quickly. Will the Fed choose to ignore the headline inflation figure and China's woes and decide to press on with a rate hike this month? No one really knows what they'll decide. One might conclude then, that if the Fed rate decision is a guessing game, so is the Dollar, right? Wrong! In fact, the Fed rate decision could be one of the best times to pile on to the Dollar and buy it cheap.

Fed Rate Hike Not Priced In

With all that talk of a Fed rate hike it might seem that a Fed rate hike is now priced in. But that's not the case. As the data from the CME Fed Fund futures prices, the market sees only a 25% chance for the Fed to raise rates this September. And that could explain why the Dollar Index took a dip over the past weeks.

CME Group FEDWatch

But here's where it gets really interesting. When we move forward on the calendar and examine the probability of a rate hike by December, the likelihood jumps to 59%. If we continue to move on into March 2016, that probability jumps to 77%. That means markets are almost certain that the Fed will raise rates at least once in the coming two quarters.
